In the next 7 days, we will be introducing a new tool on the CourtCorrect platform: Aspects Identification! The AI tool will allow users to generate aspects and issues automatically, helping them to find out what went wrong in a case more quickly.
Sometimes, complaints specialists using our platform will find that aspects and issues of a case prove to be more complicated than they thought. For example, it can be difficult to separate them if there are too many, while it is also easy to occasionally miss an aspect, overseeing an important part of the case.
Our brand new, innovative feature will make those problems disappear. In the Outcome & Resolution tab, you will simply click a button to generate a list of possible aspects and issues of the case to respond to. As opposed to inserting them on your own, with only a few clicks you will be able to add them to the form! Of course, you will still be able to give them your own personal touch by editing them afterwards.
Whether you prefer to enter aspects on your own first and then get suggestions from the AI, or whether you would like the AI to generate the issues first and then filter through them yourself afterwards is completely up to you.
Not only will this help you save time, but it will also assist you in spotting issues you might not have thought of, allowing you to fully review the case in all of its complexities. Furthermore, this new feature is perfectly optimised for the letter generation tool, hence allowing for smoothly and precisely written Final Response Letters.
We will be releasing Aspects Identification in 3 phases. Within the next 7 days, the first model as outlined will be launched, while for future releases, we are also working on models that take similar cases into account. Likewise, coming versions will be considering previous aspects of cases from users’ companies as well, allowing for more aspects identified to be tailored to the company’s typical aspects!
We’d love to hear your thoughts on this. To learn more, simply get in touch with us or start a trial here. Until then: Onwards and upwards!
