London, United Kingdom
CourtCorrect, the market leader in complaints resolution with AI, is pleased to share that we have joined UK Finance, the leading trade body for UK financial services firms, as an Associate Member. We’re looking forward to supporting the safe and responsible development and deployment of AI technologies by learning from industry initiatives and policy and sharing our practical experience in scaling such solutions within financial services.
CourtCorrect is an AI startup based in London, focusing on the safe deployment of artificial intelligence technologies to improve the efficiency, quality and root cause analysis of complaints resolution. We work with clients across financial services and other regulated industries and process thousands of cases every week.
UK Finance is the leading trade body for the financial services industry in the UK. Representing over 300 members, UK Finance is a centre of trust, expertise and collaboration at the heart of financial services, championing a thriving sector and building a better society.
Following a series of introductory meetings where we had the chance to share more of CourtCorrect’s AI technology suite and learn more about UK Finance’s policy initiatives, we are delighted to have the chance to contribute to the organisation as an Associate Member, especially as firms grapple with the upcoming Consumer Duty Reporting Deadline on July 31st.
As the cost of living crisis and the Consumer Duty continue to put pressure on complaints teams, AI technology promises to support firms with the efficiency and quality of the resolution, while also providing new insights to identify root causes and reduce consumer harm.
CourtCorrect is therefore looking forward to supporting members of UK Finance directly with expertise and innovative technologies, while also helping spread awareness about both the risks and opportunities of AI in this area.
As part of this partnership, all members of UK Finance will receive access to a free trial of CourtCorrect. Additionally, CourtCorrect and UK Finance are looking to partner on opportunities for thought-leadership to help the sector understand and adopt AI safely as part of a win-win-win outcome for consumers, businesses and regulators.
