CourtCorrect to host Complaints Forum at the University of Cambridge on Friday 29 November.

CourtCorrect is delighted to announce that we will be hosting our upcoming Complaints Forum at the University of Cambridge from 2pm-5pm on Friday 29 November! Sign up here.

From the beautiful Pavilion & Razan Jafar Terrace of Newnham College, Cambridge, the Forum will focus on the role and benefits of Artificial Intelligence in the fast-changing world of complaint resolution.

Why we are hosting the Forum

Today’s cost-of-living crisis is fuelling a complaints surge set to continue into next year, as the FOS anticipates a 15% increase in overall complaints for 2024/25. Meanwhile, the UK Customer Satisfaction Index has dropped to its lowest levels since July 2010. The rising tide of complaints reflects the ongoing challenges in the financial services sector: highlighting increased dissatisfaction and concerns among consumers.

At this critical moment, it is essential for companies to stay aligned with the evolving needs of consumers and regulators. The resolution of customer complaints – quickly, fairly, and effectively – is key to meeting this need and reinforcing customer trust.

Over the last year, the CourtCorrect platform has demonstrated how the analytic power of AI technology, coupled with optimised learning and tailored outputs from generative AI, has allowed for tremendous progress in the world of complaints resolution. Deployed correctly, this technology allows not only for extensive efficiency gains (delivering faster solutions and a speedier complaint journey) but also an improved relationship with the customer. Issues and vulnerabilities can be flagged immediately, guaranteeing the highest possible standards of customer care.

Our Forum offers a platform to discuss AI’s journey in the world of complaints handling so far, what the next steps might be, and key considerations that should define market-wide approaches to AI technology. Newnham College seemed the ideal choice to host this Forum, as one of Cambridge’s constituent women’s colleges and alma mater of Gillian Lovegrove – a leading computer scientist and major voice for inclusivity in computer education.

The agenda: key points

Our agenda for the Forum is focussed on three key themes.

  • Efficiency Gains with AI: How companies can benefit from and leverage time savings from AI usage.

  • Language and the Science of Communication: How word choices and language shapes our reality, and what AI means for the future of communication.

  • Regulatory Roadmap: How AI can help ensure regulatory compliance, and how regulators can leverage and respond to AI technology.

We can also promise a live demonstration of our most exciting upcoming feature, which will allow for tailored case file creation on the CourtCorrect platform directly from an external inbox. Chatham House Rules will apply throughout.

Further details and sign-up
