It's been a year of groundbreaking achievements, starting with the grand unveiling of our AI-driven complaints handling product at the prestigious Complaints Handling Conference in June. This launch wasn't just an introduction of a new product; it was the dawn of a new era in complaint management.
In just six months, our system has been embraced by a significant segment of the market. This rapid adoption is a testament to the transformative power of our AI technology, reshaping the landscape of complaints resolution.

Our journey through 2023 has not only been marked by the evolution of our product but also by the significant expansion of our team. We've grown dynamically, adding key talents across various departments that have significantly contributed to our progress and success.
Growth Team Enhancements: This year marked a significant strengthening of our Growth Team, as we've strategically expanded our ranks to accelerate our market presence and enhance our customer relations. We've attracted experienced professionals with impressive backgrounds in business development, legal data analysis, and customer success. This diverse group of experts has collectively propelled our sales strategies and deepened our client relationships. Their combined efforts have been fundamental to our success, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and personalized experience with our platform. The team's expansion reflects our commitment to continuous growth and innovation in the dynamic world of AI-driven complaint management.
Advisory Team Expansion: We've also been fortunate to welcome Serena Joseph, a seasoned advisor with a deep understanding of the legal tech landscape. Serena boasts over 25 years of experience in financial services compliance, with notable stints at Barclays, KPMG, and Mazars. Her insights and guidance have been pivotal in shaping our strategic direction and refining our market approach.
Similarly Amir Ali OBE brings 35 years in the Legal and Enforcement Sectors, offers a wealth of experience to the CourtCorrect Advisory Board. His background in Dispute Resolution and Insolvency, combined with his senior management roles in law firms and as Chairman for the Civil Court Users Association brings a wealth of experience to the CourtCorrect team.
Data Science Team Growth: Our Data Science team has seen a substantial expansion this year, marked by the recruitment of top-tier talent, including new hires from the University of Oxford . These new team members come with a wealth of experience and a track record of innovation in data analysis and artificial intelligence. Their expertise has been instrumental in elevating the capabilities of our product, enabling us to offer more sophisticated and nuanced solutions to our clients.
Each of these individuals has brought their unique strengths and perspectives to CourtCorrect, contributing to a diverse and vibrant workplace culture. Their expertise and dedication have been key drivers in our rapid growth and the success we've achieved in the market.
CourtCorrect IRL
We are a software company, but we do exist in real life. CourtCorrect was lucky to attend events from Tokyo to The Shard. Our year started with a significant presence at the 22nd Complaints Management Forum in June. As Gold Sponsors, we were at the heart of discussions about modernising complaint management systems. It was an excellent opportunity for us to share insights and learn from industry leaders, as well as to connect with both new and familiar faces in the sector.
The momentum continued as we participated in the Innovation Lab hosted by Innovate UK in Grantham. Here, we had the chance to brainstorm and explore innovative Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions using our platform. The event was a melting pot of ideas, driving forward-thinking discussions that were both exciting and insightful.
As the year neared its close, we hosted the 'Complaints & Croissants' Christmas event at The Shard. This unique gathering brought together a variety of UK firms, offering them a chance to experience our software firsthand. It was a relaxed yet productive environment, filled with engaging conversations and, of course, delicious pastries from Gails. This event not only provided an opportunity for networking but also allowed us to showcase the capabilities of our platform in a real-world setting.
